Meet Charlie...
This is Charlie. I am his new foster mommy. He is registered with HOPE, but he is not quite ready for adoption. He still needs some shots, tests and neutering before he goes to a new home. HOPE estimated him to be between 2-3 years old.
He was a stray in my complex. Some of my neighbors started feeding him and I put out some food too. He was skittish at first, but it didn't take long at all for him to feel comfortable. It is obvious that he was just dumped by someone because he is so relaxed with people. He would even try to get in the car with me. He is the most friendly, laid back, affectionate kitty I've ever met. He loves to sit in your lap. He's good with other cats and even dogs. My neighbors have two yorkies and he would follow them the whole way when they went for their walk. Another neighbor got a new puppy and he immediately made friends with him too. He's in my house now and there is no trouble between him and my other two cats either.
Unfortunately, three cats is just too much for me. I've totally fallen in love with Charlie, but I still need to find a new home for him. He is going to make someone the most amazing new best friend.
